We have automatic positive and negative base plate productionlines with the distinct characteristics of continuousness, high efficiency, saving energy and stability. All base plates are produced by automatic feed, and over 98 percent of base plates are such base plates of smooth surface, good tenacity, high homogeneity and only ＼2.5% powder fluctuation so as to guarantee the homogenous and stable performance of the battery.
Adopting advanced chemical synthesis technology not only leads to reduce the time of chemical synthesis but also activates each battery fully, and then improves the homogenous performance of the battery.
We make production arrangements strictly according to ISO9001:2000 quality standards, adopt advanced quality control methods such as X-R diagram etc. in critical process, and carry out strictly quality control in the whole process ranging from incoming materials inspection, in-process inspection to the inspection and tests of the finished products.
